Invoices and Subscriptions

Invoices, subscriptions, and payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect and store client information such as name, email address, mailing address, billing details, payment information, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser information.

Payment details, such as full credit card or bank account numbers, are stored and encrypted by Stripe. We do not have access to full sensitive payment details.

E-Commerce

Payments for products from our online shop are processed by Shopify. If you make a purchase, Shopify may collect and process information related to your order, including name, email address, shipping address, billing address, payment information, order details, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser information.

Payment details, such as full credit card or bank account numbers, are stored and encrypted by Shopify or its payment providers. We do not have access to full sensitive payment details.

Newsletter

We use Mailchimp, an Intuit company, to send our monthly email newsletter, The Exact, to subscribers who opt into this free service. Mailchimp may process subscriber information such as names, email addresses, IP addresses, subscription status, email engagement, and related technical information.

You may unsubscribe from The Exact at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter email.

Collection, use, storage, and access to this data is subject to Intuit’s Privacy Policy.

Analytics

We use Fathom, a privacy-conscious analytics service, to understand aggregate website usage. Fathom does not use cookies and does not track individual users across websites. It may provide us with aggregate information such as page views, referrers, device type, browser type, country or region, and similar non-identifying website analytics.
